n accordance with the Regulation of the Committee of European Community no 2273/2003, article 4,par 4, Eurobank Properties REIC ( ´the Company´) announces that following the decision of the Annual General Meeting of the Shareholders of the Company( dated April 6th 2011) and the Board of Director´s resolution ( dated April 7th 2011), purchased, own shares through the Athens Exchange Eruobank EFG Securities Investment Firm S.A. as follows:
On March 20, 2012 the Company purchased 2.000 shares, with average price €4,07 per share and a total purchase price €8.140 |
