In effect of the article 4, paragraph 4 of the 2273/2003 Regulation of the European Commission, the company GR. SARANTIS S.A. announces that according to article 16, Law 2190/1920, and based on the resolution of the Shareholder´s Ordinary General Meeting which took place on the 30/06/2010, during the trading session of 20/03/2012, acquired 3,310 own shares through "INVESTMENT BANK OF GREECE S.A." at a price of 1.914 euro per share worth of 6,335.20 euro. |
