US Refinery Status: Total Restarts Three Units At Texas Plant |
|
DOW JONES NEWSWIRES The following table lists unplanned and planned production outages at U.S. refineries as reported by Dow Jones Newswires. The information is compiled from both official and unofficial refining sources and doesn't purport to be a comprehensive list. Total SA's (TOT) Port Arthur, Texas refinery has restarted three units including the SCOT and SRU- after they were shut down, the company reported in an environmental filing Thursday. ConocoPhillips (COP) will restart three refining units Thursday, including the FFCU at its Sweeny, Texas oil refinery, after completing maintenance, it said in a filing to Texas state environmental regulators. Valero Energy Corp. (VLO) said Wednesday that the hydrocracker at its Corpus Christi refinery has returned to planned rates after it was shut earlier this month. The company also clarified an item on its fourth quarter and first quarter turnaround schedules released Tuesday, saying that the turnaround at the Wilmington, Calif. refinery would result in the shutdown of the entire plant.
