Aspis Bank: Corporate Announcement

In reply to an inquiry by the Hellenic Capital Market Committee, ASPIS BANK announces that Mr. Victor Restis, with a new letter dated 16 November 2009, confirmed and updated his proposal regarding his participation in the Bank΄s capital increase by the acquisition of 65.000.000 new common shares for a payment of 65.000.00 euro with the intention to acquire 51% of its Share Capital. 

The Board of Directors announces that, until today, the issue price of the new shares has not been determined and therefore it is not possible to determine the respective proportions of the investors in the event of the share capital increase being fully subscribed. 

It is noted that, as has already been announced, the above proposal continues to be subject to several conditions.
